The good ones always leave.

It wasn't a surprise, but when Donna told me she'd already passed her resignation letter about a month ago, I couldn't help but feel a little bit of sadness tug my heart. All the good ones always leave the company. On the other hand, I was glad that she had finally found the courage to pass that letter that we have talked about time and again over the years in the company. Donna has spent five years in the company; I'll be celebrating my fifth year next month just the same. But, unlike her, I (still) haven't found the courage to leave.

Anyway, I'm really going to miss having Donna around. She's definitely a ray of sunshine in the workplace. I wish her all the best because she deserves nothing less. =')

We hung out a bit after shift last Friday. :)

Maylin's babies, for sure. These are the ladies I "grew up" with in the office. I love them all.

If/When she goes, I will honestly be the saddest. One of the few I love most at work.

Nakakaputi yung cam ni Donna. High ISO? Haha, char! ^_^

(I obviously took some photos from Donna's album. Hehe.)

Le sigh. When I came home at nearly 2am, it rained extremely hard. (Which I LOOOOVE.) Then I read Donna's note for me and it honestly made me tear up a little.

After reading this, I swear, I got a text message from her, thanking me for the book I gave her. Hehe.

When I read this, I thought of Donna. She's definitely one such Godly young woman! :)

Maybe one day, just like Donna, I can break free as well. Maybe.
