I don't think I think enough.

I must repose.
Yet, I am still here, semi-zoned out in front of the computer. As per usual. I'm just so glad that it's finally Friday; I cannot wait for the weekend and my well-deserved 13-hour long sleep and reading of books and watching of films and trying my best to avoid the computer.
This weekend, as I have already instilled in my mind, I said I would clean my room thoroughly. I'm actually kind of excited for that, strange as it sounds. (Definitely not excited with having to deal with dust allergies, but it'll be worth it, I'm sure!) I want to clean my room in such a way that will make my Inang proud, who still manages to clean up after me when she visits us. Haha. (I miss her and Ilocos and the fresh air.) I'll have to do the laundry as well. Then I shall reward myself with many hours of reading time in a (hopefully!) much tidier environment. Haha. We'll see if I actually get around to it. Speaking of reading, I have just received the first two books I've ever ordered online yesterday. I was at work when I got a text message from tradeport.com.ph, telling me that their delivery man was having difficulty locating our house. Hahahaha. This always happens. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised with how breezy everything had been, though I probably would have gotten them sooner had there not been a Philippine holiday (last Monday) and a technical error on their part.
It felt like Christmas morning, opening this package. :')
Yes, they're both Christian books: I Kissed Dating Goodbye by Joshua Harris & Saving My First Kiss by Lisa Vethouse. I think I've been reading one too many secular books lately. Hehe. (I really intended to read these after the 50 Shades madness, but each time I went to the bookstore, they were out of stock.) These books look life fun. Haha! When I was on the phone with Mother, she was like, "I Kissed Dating Goodbye? Saving My First Kiss? Eto yung mga inorder mong books?" HAHAHAHA. Awkward. When I came home, I told her that they're Christian books. LOL!
I'm soooo happy! I can't wait to order more books (online). I really, really, really want to try bookdepository.co.uk because they have all the foreign, extremely hard to find books that I want. Haha! Maybe I'll order next week... Can't wait to get my hands on that Roland Barthes book as well as The Little Prince in French! (I still find it absolutely ironic how, in the little bookstores that we visited in Paris, the French version did not exist.)
Before I end this entry, let's take a moment to adore this little boy, Justin! He is, at the moment, my absolute favorite student. (I also love his Mom because she's the kindest, nicest Umma I've ever encountered.) Started with Smart Phonics, Level 2 with this little one and now we're on This Is Ping (for the second time around, as per Mom's request) and he's able to read sentences on his own with terrific intonation! (He honestly has better intonation than my teenage students.) I love this little guy and how he calls me 'Chrisfel!' and not 'Teacher'. He's always giving me a bazillion percent in class, too, even when I only give him a score of 600%. Haha! Honestly, I'd rather have seven Justins than have the ones that give me headache in my list. Hahaha. Really.
