Christmas is nearing.

I'm not exactly thrilled when it comes to Christmases, but this year I want to be prepared. I always tell myself to prepare for Christmas as early as September, but I never get around to doing so because one too many things get in the way. So I end up doing last-minute things (which usually result in crap - or cash, which I honestly dislike -  gift-giving and such). I highly doubt I'll ever get around to actually being prepared, but let me tell you this: I am already looking around for gift ideas for people (because being on Pinterest so much does that to you). :")

GPOY - Weekend Edition

---

Am I a strange creature for being excited to get home from work to exercise? Because earlier this evening, I swear I wanted to get on my routine right away. But then I remembered the missing memory card (from 2006!) and searched my room again, which resulted in a mini-clean up. I am so frustrated with losing that little memory card! It holds all my Paris adventure memories and a number of others. I seriously have no idea when it was last used, but the bottom line is: I can't find it! X_X So now I'm excited for the weekend to come because I have decided to do a thorough cleaning of my bedroom. I'll be disposing tons of stuff for sure! (Because I need more space for my books and shoe boxes. Hahaha!) At the same time, I want to clean my wardrobe out. I seriously need to go shopping for new clothes because I'm honestly getting tired of seeing the same things in my closet, to a point where 'mixing & matching' them feels so two-thousand-and-late. HAHAHA WHAT! I also want to run to Divisoria to purchase a bazillion yards of good fabric and come home and download dress / top / skirt patterns and actually start sewing my own stuff. I've been meaning to do this since the beginning of the year (or last year?!), but haven't gotten around to it. The only sewing I've done so far this year is altering a skirt. Haha. Lame.

Okay, back to exercising. I feel like I'm getting weaker as I've reduced my exercise time from (at least) 90 minutes to 45 minutes earlier tonight. Shortest exercise time yet! T_T How frustrating. But I'm also thinking it might have something to do with my running. I never did used to run. Anyway, my exercise still feels inadequate, but I believe I've become more consistent than ever now. I know they say the best time to exercise is early in the morning, but it's also been said that the best time to exercise is on the hour that you can be truly consistent in. So there. 2-3am will be my consistent hour. Hahaha. My muffin top is disgusting, but it's so hard to get rid of that. Also, I recently realized how biiiig my thighs are. Anyway, the key is to keep pushing. After exercising, I make it a point to drink water and chocolate milk! Haha. I have read a lot of articles about how chocolate milk is best to drink after a workout. I asked Mother to buy chocolate milk for me a week or two ago, and she comes home with chocolate soya milk. I love her and how she understands my (albeit trying hard) healthy lifestyle. Hahaha! I also want to get into a self-defense class just so I can beat the living daylights out of someone every now and then. (Honestly, I don't know why I didn't ask Pops in the past to teach me judo / taekwondo when it used to be his sport. I think that's where I get my ninja moves from. LOL)

Anyway. Ang dami kong gusto.

Gotta get bad before it gets good,
It's gotta get bad before it gets good,
It's gotta get bad before it gets good,
I want it good now.
But it's gotta get bad before it gets good,
That's what you say.
