Be strong, my legs.

I added in a little bit of running in tonight's this morning's exercise. I love exercising after midnight, honestly. It's such a quiet time and all lights are switched off, and it's just me and the exercise board with whatever's playing (New Girl, Game of Thrones, or maybe even a movie). I like sweating and my entire body aching afterwards because I know it's sign that my routine's working. :)

I tried this for the first time earlier:
I swear, my legs nearly died. X_X

Took a nice, cold, long shower after the crazy movements. It was nice...just contemplating about the mystery of life under the shower head. Hahaha! But seriously, a shower after a workout is such a lovely feeling.

I was going to blog about a bazillion other things, but my brain is gradually shutting down. Z_Z Weekends, as always, are definitely too short.
