SRSLY, LIFE. Y U SO BUSY?
Not that I'm complaining, of course. But it's half past midnight and I'm exchanging text messages with Mach, who is asking me if I can still go out. Like, right now. LOL. Pass, my friend. Church at 8. ;)
Oh, did I mention I woke up at 10pm? Yes, well, because I slept at 4am, woke up at 9am, was at Festi by 10:30am and somewhere in Muntinlupa by 11am. Came home at nearly 5pm. Such is life. Sleep deprived much? Yes.
But my goodness, new experiences today! HAHA! I was so amused! >> Took a jeep from Festi to Muntinlupa (with Aiz, who fetched me at Festi) for the first time everrrrrr! I was so amazed with the jeepneys and the little gate / door thing. Manong driver even asked me to close the gate! HAHAHA! There was even a man who came in with boxes and bayongs of chicken (fighting roosters?) and I was just thinking to myself, "Cool. Parang probinsya lang." LOL! >> First time to ride a jeep that went through the toll and on the expressway. I was like, wow. >> Sightseeing around Metropolis-Alabang area (because manong driver was so slow). I wonder if anyone takes notice of the numerous amounts of turo-turo (I believe that's what they're called) there are along the sidewalk? >> Crossed the street on National Highway (Road?), which was nothing like crossing the street on Taft Avenue (which I prefer). >> Traffic along the National Highway on the way home = more sightseeing. How congested is Muntinlupa? Very. >> Aiz got off the jeep with me at South Station on my way home to good ol' Las PiƱas, when I told her I was totally fine and could handle myself on my own. Went to the palengke (I swear, I've been there before!) to look for the FX line, but there was not a single FX. Told Aiz to go where she needs to go, but she was worried for me and wanted to make sure I got on a vehicle before leaving my side. HAHA OMG I LOVE HER. I have taken the jeep from that area a few times before, but never alone. I know how to commute naman from South Station. Hihihi. Aiz was like, "Kakabahin ako pag iniwan kita na hindi pa nakakasakay." Awwwwwww. She is way, way, way tooooo nice. <3 I felt like a baby. Haha. (Why do so many people treat me this way? I feel guilty sometimes. :/ Either I really am a big baby or people see me as...a sweet, innocent young lady oblivious to the craziness of life surrounding her. Hmmm. HAHAHA. I kid, I kid.)
I decided to join the outreach activity in Kanlungan sa Erma to assist Aiz. I said yes because it sounded like fun, but when she told me we were scheduled to meet at 10:30am, I honestly wanted to back out. HAHAHA. (Totally not a morning person.) But I'm glad I went. It turned out to be rather pleasant. I was the official photographer, of course. (What's new? Hihihi.) Thank you, Aiz, for taking care of me today. <3
Tiring but fun! ^_^
Favorite kid of the day: 4-year old Suji <3
(I'm not even sure if she's my boss's daughter or niece. Hehe.)
Okay, I'm going to admit that the highlight of the day was not getting over the cuteness that is little Suji. Haha! She's such a smart little girl and was so outgoing that she joined in on all the games with her 12-14 year old friends. :") She speaks English and Korean equally well. Anyway, with all the cuteness, I was telling myself how awesome it would be to have a cute (and smart!!!) Asian baby girl for myself. HAHAHA! If I can't / don't give birth, I'm definitely adopting a Chinese or Vietnamese baby girl. (Japanese or Korean, too, but those babies already live in really rich countries, so yeah. LOL.) Asian (or half-Asian) babies are the best, seriously. <3
Speaking of cute baby girls and Asian babies, last Wednesday, Andy thought it would be fun to let me chat with his daughters. Andy has been my student, on and off, since 2008! I've seen Si Eun as a baby and now she's grown so big! I've seen his wife while she was pregnant with Si Ah, who is about to turn a year old this year. Sometimes I really feel like Andy's distant relative. LOL! (I've "met" his parents, his sister in-law, his sister in-law's husband, and many of his colleagues. Haha!) Well, he does refer to me as little sister at times, as I refer to him as big brother. Haha. He constantly reminds me that I'm getting old and that I ought to get a boyfriend soon. Hahaha! I hear you, Andy.
OMG LOOK AT HER CHUBBY CHEEKS!
Si Ah is such a happy baby! She was constantly laughing & smiling while we "talked". ^_^
Look at Si Eun unni; such a big girl now!
(I still have her photos saved from when she was a baby. Andy sends / shows photos every now and then.)
Si Eun and I saying "I love you" before saying goodbye. Awwwww! <3 ^_^
She picks up English really well, too! I'd love to be her teacher!
I love love love kids. Toddlers, especially. I don't think I'd mind if I were surrounded by dozens of toddlers on a daily basis. They're the most fun people in the world, I think. It's an absolute plus (like a million points plus) if the children were cute Asian toddlers. My gosh, I'd be absolutely happy everyday. ^_^
Okay, I know I sound really biased, but that doesn't mean I dislike other nationalities. I have always and still dream of serving underprivileged children. Honestly, that African dream is still alive. (Actually, it doesn't even need to be Africa, but somehow I'm just so drawn to the children there. Aside from adopting Asian children, I'd also love to adopt African babies. :") Okay, yeah, Angelina Jolie is cool. If I had her money, I'd probably do the same thing she does.)

Exchanging text messages with Aizel now. We both miss being active with ministry work. Hmmm. So true; I miss being able to serve. It gives off such an amazing, fulfilling feeling.
Wow, I need to iron out a lot of things in my life and really work on my priorities. I suppose I'll have to continue being busy with life. Hihihi. As always, so many things to do yet so little time!
Come on, self. Now that you were able to work on the physical aspect of your life, it's time to move on to a different area. Priorities. God. Career. God. Ministry. God. Clean fun. God. Enough rest. God. Life is awesome. ^_^
