Le phone.
Can I just take a moment to appreciate my mobile phone? It's nothing fancy, but I am amazed by the usefulness of it. HAHA. I used to always just leave my phone in my bag when I'm at home and in the office, but as I have mentioned before, I'm becoming more sociable. (Or at least I'd like to think so.) I have been texting non-stop and am constantly taking and making phone calls, speaking to many different people. Some days I'm on the phone with my Awesome Girl Friends. Other times I'm talking to Mach or Apps or Toots or Don. I'm pretty glad I switched to Globe as well. It makes it much easier for me to connect with people. Haha.
Yesterday afternoon, as I was backing out of the garage, I was on the phone with Kat. I thought that was pretty badass (especially after getting the car out safely on the road). LOL. But I think the other drivers waiting behind me on Gem Road got kinda annoyed. Whoops. (If my dad found out I was on the phone while driving, I'd be dead. Haha!) Right now I've been taking and making calls from and to Don and Bea. Busy much? So later this afternoon I'm set to join a Bible study session at CCF with Rose (and I don't know who else, hehe). And I'm currently speaking with Bea and Don about the plans right after. Three options: - take on the invitation from Jerdan (and Jy) to attend Perou's (a fashion photographer from the UK) after-party at Robot Resto Lounge - meet Don at ATC and have dinner + coffee with him (if he wakes up as he had just gotten home from his shift) - hang out at Soderno or BF with Bea and Belle Personally, I'd love to attend the party at Robot in Makati. And yes, I'm willing to drive there! LOL! It sounds like fun. Don already gave me his blessings and told me I should attend the party instead and we can just meet afterwards somewhere in Makati. (He even told me to: "be sexy! wear a black tube top + skirt above the knees with pumps!" Yes, it came with an exclamation mark. LOL. Haha!) For some reason, though, all these talks and plans are making me a bit tired (and lazy). Haha! All week I've been looking forward to spending my 4-day weekend with peace and quiet. Just me and a cup of tea and my books. But my schedule seems so crazy at the moment. Toots and I even planned to go off to Galera for the weekend, but had a hard time finding a hotel since it was so last minute! We need some serious R&R, us both. But we both realized how busy our schedules were, so I think we might have to settle for a trip to Bora or Palawan in the months to come. Well, then, now I have even more extra money for the weekend and the rest of the month. =) It's only January and there's already so much going on. Crazy, crazy. (But I'm lovin' it!) Which reminds me, I ought to get off the computer now and drive to the nearest car wash to get Baby Juki cleaned. It'll be his first time at a car wash! ^_^ |
