It's 1:07 and I ought to be asleep by now.

Hello, SM before seven in the morning. I missed you so.

Yes, I'm going at it again with the strict dieting and morning exercises. Yesterday morning I managed to walk for an hour and twenty-five minutes (left the house at 6:20 and came back at 7:45). When I came home I immediately did one hundred repetitions of jacknife. Welcome back, body ache and sweaty t-shirts! <3

When I came home I found a sleeping King right by the gate. Gave him his morning scratch / rub and he wouldn't get up. I actually got a little worried because I thought he really couldn't get up. LOL. Lazy dog, lazy morning.

King in his sleepy mood, lovin' the scratchin' & rubbin'!
And yes. Pops drew that red line above his eye. *shakes head*

I didn't know whether to be frightened or amused. So I chose to be both.

He followed me into the house and in my room. I was afraid he'd chew my sneakers or something, but he didn't, thankfully, because he's a good dog. (Okay, not really. He's just not into footwear like other dogs.)

King wouldn't pose properly for the camera. So I took a photo of Louis instead.
(Louis = motivation because he's always staring at me. Pressure! LOL!)

Silly dog was waiting for more rubbin'! Awww.
(But I didn't give him any because it was time to do my tummy workout so he
just sat like a sad dog right next to me bed. HAHAHA! Awwwwww!)

Anyway, yesterday's food + drink intake:
- an egg
- 2 hotdogs
- 2 slices of smoked ham
- matchbox-sized pork
- a banana
- a packet of Presto (3 sandwiches, a total of 19 grams of carbs)
- two cups of hot tea
- X glasses of water

Did I go beyond 25 grams of carbs? Le sigh. More tea and water tomorrow later. Quicker pace during the walk, too. =)
