What a lovely day!

It's Jesus' birthday. Imagine: if He weren't born, we wouldn't have a Saviour. The message at church this morning was really beautiful, especially with songs in-between. :)

After church, my parents wanted to have lunch at SM. They also wanted to see My House Husband, but Bitok and I were like...Nah, we'll just stay at home and spend time with the Internet. LOL. But as we were driving home, we all agreed to drive to Tagaytay! Haha! The next thing you know, we're at home, changing into more casual clothing, grabbing the camera and everything else we might need. Haha! Hopped into the car and drove to Tagaytay. (Please note: I drove to Tagaytay for the first time, via Daang Hari. I wanted to drive on the SLEX, but I'm such a good kid that I followed my parents' instructions. HAHA!)

We had lunch at a "different" place -- which is the total opposite of our usual lunch buffet at Taal Vista Lounge. We shopped for fruits at Mahogany market then went to Lola Tuding's house. (I miss Lola Tuding so much! I hope, now that she's in heaven, that she was pleased with our visit.) Visiting Ka Mario and staying for a bit in Lola Tuding's house was easily the highlight of my day. We were supposed to visit some tourist spots, but traffic was extremely crazy so we decided to head home instead. We were stuck in traffic for about two hours (could have been more). This time, Pops drove home so I was in the backseat with Bitok and we just took a bunch of photos. HAHA.

But we didn't go home yet! Mother really wanted to see My House Husband so we headed straight to SM Southmall. On the way there, along Commerce Ave (behind ATC), we witnessed a fireworks display. So nice! When we arrived at SM, they were still doing their version of fireworks in the sky, which was equally really nice. :) There were too many people in line for tickets at the cinemas so we left and decided to go around the mall instead. Bought two boxes of pizza and went home. CARBS OVERLOAD!!!!!!!

Tons of photos to be posted, but I'm too sleepy to choose which ones to add onto the blog. Haha. Zzzzzz. I'll post photos tomorrow. :")

Thank You, Lord. This has been a really lovely day filled with love from You and my family. I feel amazing. :)

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas just the same! ^_^
