Joyeux photos de Noël

les photos de 25 decembre 2011

Church service at 10am. The message and the choir were awesome. As always! :)

I drove to Tagaytay for the first time! I wanted to drive on the SLEX, but my parents told me to go via Daang Hari instead. I did as told, of course. It wasn't so bad; maximum speed for me was 100kph. :) I nearly hit two cars and a family, but THANK GOD for my quick reflexes and Pops pulling the emergency breaks...like a few times. Hihi. I think my "toughness" on the road is starting to show. I do believe that I'm a safe driver. I get reckless at times, I know, but mostly when there aren't too many cars or people nearby. Haha. I guess I just get extra confident whenever Pops is sitting next to me. Har har.

Bitok sat right behind me on the way there. So this is what he was doing behind the driver's seat. LOL!

We love Tagaytay quite a lot. It feels a little bit like Hawaii when we're up there. :)

We had lunch somewhere very, very different from our usual lunch buffet (at Taal Vista Lounge). The parents wanted us to experience something new. LOL. It wasn't so bad. I just had tofu and menudo. We then bought fruits from Mahogany market.

Then we visited Ka Mario! We always make sure to stop by Ka Mario's place when we're at Tagaytay. On this day, he was at Lola Tuding's house so we stayed there for a bit. I miss Lola Tuding so so so much! It was so nice to be back in her home, even for just a while. It still offers such a cosy feel even though it's nearly empty. I miss her and I miss visiting her and having lunch with her and hearing her stories and listening to her advice. :') I hope she was pleased with our visit. :)

Whilst the parents chatted up a bit with Ka Mario, Bitok and I pretty much took photos everywhere. I always used to take tons of photos all over Lola Tuding's house anyway. This was no different. :)

A lot of people were driving around in their fancy sports cars that day. Can't wait for Bitok to purchase his Bugatti! Heehee. It kinda got me thinking about getting a smaller car myself; a compact car. Or a sports car. Teehee. Then again, my dream car has always been a Ford F150. I like big cars. But I also like speeding. (Okay, I'm getting a sports car and a F150. LOL!)

The drive home was such a drag. Pops drove (yay for me!) because traffic from Tagaytay was absolutely slow. We drove on SLEX this time. So I was just sitting in the back with Bitok while we took photos of ourselves. HAHAHA. (Notice how the sun's still out and becomes completely black outside the window. I think the journey home took a little over two hours!)

Finally made it to Commerce Ave! Home sweet Alabang! Haha! As we passed through ATC, they were having a fireworks display. When we arrived in SM Southmall, they, too, where having a grand fireworks display. So nice! ^_^

Came home and Kuya Jing and his family stopped by with Jose, their chihuahua. He's such a cute, timid little thing! I loved his baby barks. Haha! Pops wants a chihuahua, but Kuya Jing isn't selling this one. And I still want a pug. LOL.

First Christmas with Richie thousands of miles away from us. Totally missed my Kid Brother, but I hope he had his own version of fun last Christmas. Next Christmas, however...heeheehee.

C'est tout.
