I don't think I think enough.

I wonder if I can get up at 6am, later.
The fourteen days of ridiculous, grueling yet highly effective weight-loss regimen has finally ended. But I'm determined (or should I say motivated?) to continue the strict diet (low carbs & low calories, hopefully not going over 500 calories a day) and the morning walks. If anything, I learned how to discipline my body (and mind!) to be healthier and more fit. People say I've really lost weight and look great, others have told me to stop the diet (they think I'm starving myself, hehe), but I'm not fully satisfied with the way my body is at the moment. So I'm going to keep pushing forward until I lose ten more pounds. HAHA. Or when more bones start protruding. Yup, I'm not even kidding.

I had a great walk last Tuesday morning, despite getting up a little later than usual. Whoops. The sight of sweat made me a tad-bit giddy all over, so I was motivated to do 100 reps of jacknives after my walk. My energy level was on a high in the morning, for sure.
Hells yeah. Sweat a lot, but not thin enough.
Yesterday I ate a piece of chicken, a tablespoon-full of rice, a packet of Skyflakes, and baked mac. I also had milk tea later in the evening. By the time the shift ended, I felt sick and so full from all my food intake. Yikes. I think I'm gonna have to step away from the carbs a little while longer. Nabigla ata. LOL.
High protein. Low carbs. Low calorie. Lots of water and tea.

Oh, and exercise of course! :)

Apps and I are having lunch later at 11. HAHA. Plans obviously didn't push through earlier this evening. (What's new?! LOL) But it's okay. I just hope I won't oversleep. (Or if I walk, I shouldn't nap afterwards.) Heck, would I even have the energy to get up and walk at 6? This December weather is just too good to pass sleeping off in the (cold) mornings. Whoops.

Also, I cannot get enough of fun. and their music. Good, good, good stuff. I've been coming across really great artists and bands in the last few weeks. How timely without the iPod. HAHA.
Anyway, I simply fell in love with this song (and eventually, with their other songs):
Tonight
We are young
So let’s set the world on fire
We can burn brighter than the sun
