Still fat, but working on it.

I actually really like not having kgb_ work! Less time sitting down in front of the computer and more time working out on the Wii.

Tonight's total play time was 2 hours and 18 minutes (with breaks in between, of course)! I started off with a round of bowling and several tennis matches. (I secretly love clearing the living room area so I can run and fling my arms like a real player. Hihihi. Hey, makes you sweat more!) Then I did my usual 13-minute yoga + strength training routine. Played a bunch of balance and aerobics games, as usual so I had a pretty fun workout. I also did the Island Cycling yet again, but only did the beginner course because I haven't done that in so long! (I've already unlocked and have cleared the Expert Level, mind you! Hihi.) I love Island Cycling; I think it's the most tiring workout on the Wii because this game requires you to jog/run in place (the faster you run, the faster the bike will go). Tonight I covered 1.4 miles, according to the Wii. LOL. Right, whatever. Then I ended with the usual 30-minute Free Step, which summed up to  3,499 steps; 426 more steps compared to last night! Plusss, I also did 60 reps of Jacknife, which I love (and you can totally feel the effects on the tummy area; it's kind of aching now). Wii also says I burned a total of 186 calories during my 1 hour and 16 minute workout on the Wii Fit. (The other hour was spent on Wii Sports, which does not have a 'calories burned counter.'

The Jacknife exercise. 60 reps tonight, heck yes!
(My "trainer" looks exactly like him, but with a green tee. LOL.
I love my trainer; he's very encouraging! HAHAHA! Totoong tao?)

Anyway, I'm very much in love with Wii Sports and Wii Fit Plus at the moment. It's like...our love has been rekindled somehow. I swear I'll make it a point to work out daily. Consistency, consistency, consistency. Bitok was doubtful and was teasing me earlier and told me I was not capable of working out on a daily basis. So I made a deal. I told him I'd give him 50 bucks for the day(s) that I won't work out (whether it's a morning run/jog around SM or on the Wii). I was going to say 100 pey-zes, but decided against it because damn, who knows, I might miss five days of workout and that'll be 500 bucks. HAHA. So there. Work, work, work, Body!

After shower, I looked in the mirror and felt slightly nauseated at the sight of my very flabby stomach. Gross much. T_T A very upsetting sight, but I will not let it get to me. I know it'll take a while to get the shape I want (no, not the anorexic shape haha), so I'll do my best to not let it discourage me. GAHHH. Tummy and thighs, we can do this!

Then I looked in another mirror and noticed the shape of my bones protruding a little.
'Tis a good sign, yes? I wish the rest of my body looked just as decent..LE SIGH.

Yes, I am very conscious about the way my body looks because I'm sick of being fat. But I'm glad I'm doing something about it. (Such as totally eliminating rice from my meals, which I started early this year. And cutting down on pork and beef. And eating tons of fruits & vegetables. Etc, etc, etc.) I'm determined more than ever to get rid of these fats and flabs. Let's go, Self! Teehee. ^_^

Dear PBF / Fitness Consultant,
Please teach me how to do the seated leg raises properly. I've seen tons of instructional vids on YouTube, but there are so many variations. I'm confuzzled. Please and thank you. ^_^

I shall now drink tea whilst writing a novel to Mr. Angelo Kho. Hihihi. Then getting some ZZzzZzzs. Tucking myself in early tonight, yay! My body's in pain but I feel fantastic! =)
