Sorry, no rice.

So I was working on my thinspo blog again (not giving out the link, sorry) and I thought I'd look through my webcam shots in the office archive. LOL. (I come in to work, check my webcam if it's working properly, and take a snapshot (sometimes snapshotsalmost every day. I now see the benefit of doing so. HAHA.) I chose the days where I was wearing the exact thing.

So I made progress after all!

I have no idea when I started that No Rice Policy, but it seems to have worked. Thank God! Seeing this makes me happy, actually. ^_^ I need to do so much more though. More walking + running, less fatty-food eating. More veggies and fruits. Less meat and oil. End the once a week soda treat and drink more water and tea. Three weeks ago I also started to eat rice once a week; I should stop altogether once more. Perhaps I should begin counting my calorie intake again as well (such a tedious thing to do). I really need to stick better to a particular discipline. I should write one out. And I really need to work on my stomach-abdomen area. (T_T) I'm still fat as it is, but I was fatter last Feb 23, 2011. I don't see any changes from July to October though. Le sigh.

So so so so so tempted to buy a treadmill soon so I can walk/run anytime I want. (Turns out a treadmill burns more calories than a stationary bicycle.) Or I could join a gym for a few months just to get my body used to working out. (I'd really, really like a gym buddy!) Oh em gee. Come on Self, work harder. Goal weight: 115 pounds.
