It's always the quiet ones.
Richie and some random chick on Waikiki Strip, Halloween eve.
OF COURSE I WAS REFERRING TO MY BROTHER. Hahaha! I just can't get over that photo ^ up there. Richie goes back to Hawaii and goes wild on Halloween. Yup. I'm happy for him, that's for sure, but I'm afraid I'm going to need to write another loooong e-mail about protection and being safe and all that jazz. HAHAHA. I'm sure he knows a thing or two about it, but I'm the protective big sister, so I feel accountable / responsible in a way. HAHAHA OMG MY BROTHER IS AN ADULT. Nineteen years old at that. Two more years and he's absolutely, totally, completely legal. I feel the need to share more of what I know about the world. Then again, he also has to learn things on his own. Hmmm. Big sister duties.
I miss Halloween in Hawaii. Trick or treating door-to-door then walking around the strip until after midnight, seeing a ton of awesome people dressed in crazy ass costumes. AHHH!

with my Awesome Girls ♥
On the other hand, I spent the evening of the 31st with the Awesome Girls: Aizel, Belle, and Bea. We ended up seeing Praybet Benjamin, which was filled with laughter. Ang benta lang! The movie had the cheap, old school effects, which made it much funnier, I think. HAHA. There were a few good movie trailers shown (non-Filipino movies this time) and I'm quite positive we'll have more movie night outs to come. ^_^
From a KISS member to Joker... ?_?
I seriously have freaks for brothers. LOVE IT.
Richie definitely owned this year's Halloween. LOL
so pretty! *_*
Switched the Mac on to continue writing e-mails, but I was distracted and mesmerized by its screensaver options. HAHA. I must've watched the galaxies and the moons and the forests move before my eyes for about half an hour. I'm strange, but whatever.
--- Mother decided it was time to change my curtains. They're still pink, but now they're all lace-y and stuff. It's nice to have a lot of light in my room, really. But I do have a couple of concerns: how will I be able to stand in the middle of the room, in front of so many mirrors as I get dressed (or undressed)? Surely anyone walking right outside my window would see me. And a nighttime concern: my room is no longer pitch black (just the way I like it!) when I go to sleep because of the lamp post out on the street. I cannot sleep if there's a tiny bit of light in view. What fun. Not.
I definitely need thicker / darker curtains. This see-through thing is not working. T_T
---
Yesterday, I woke up past midnight, watched the last episode of Game of Thrones (I just about died!), drank tea, browsed the Internet, and when I looked out the window the sun was on the verge of rising at a little past five. Obviously, it wasn't pitch black in my room and I could hear the street sweepers doing work outside the fence. I COULD NOT SLEEP FOR THE LOVE OF ME. So I watched Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist on my iPod for the bazillionth time and finally managed to sleep at a little past seven because my eyes were getting tired. I really have the strangest body clock / sleeping hours.
Good job, Self. I put off that very important thing I have had to do -- yet again! I need to get on it already; make or break. DEAR GOD, PLEASE HELP ME. I'M SO SCARED.
