the games you (we) play.
Sometimes I flow staccato
Strip you of vibrato
While you be acting macho
I try and switch it up
I see the games you play
And the traps you lay
Not fit to fall in
But I let you play them anyway

A few weeks back, I decided to play a game called Noli Me Tangere. It was a fun game, which started out quite awkward but funny. The only physical contact allowed, I think, were fist bumps. (Yes, how mature.) And this week we're playing another game called Say NO!!! I'd have to say it's getting a bit more and more challenging, but who doesn't love a good challenge, right? I was thinking about it earlier in the evening and thought it was like math: it wasn't exactly my favorite school subject, but I loved it so because it was so challenging. I happen to have a knack for non-physical (read: mind, emotional, psychological, etc.) tests, so this is most certainly fun despite the first day being extremely grueling. Who knew saying NO would be so difficult? Ha. But no kidding, this is pretty exciting.
Oh, the prize. Do I (we / you / they) really want it? The duration of this game is the longest yet. We'll see how it goes. ^_~

Brush it off and commence
Blame it on myself tripping
’Til the shit hits the fan
’Cause I steered from the plan
