like, whaaa?

This is going to be pretty random. Just off-the-tops kinda thing. Hmmm.

recalling a little convo.

One Saturday noon. Walking under the scorching sun.

Errol: What're you gonna buy at the pharmacy? Why do we have to go there?
Me: Pregnancy kit nga.
Errol: Pshh. You wish, Fel.

Ha. I don't wish, but you know what EC implies. Meanie. I'm a 20-year old virgin. So what? I'm proud of it, dude. (You tainted beeyatch! Haha!)

--

How many times have I been offered yosi over the past few weeks (since the "last time")? Practically everyday (sans the Holy Week holidays). Did I cave in? Noooo. Give me a proud pat on the back, lovers. I refused the evil. Haha!

Fel, yosi. Sige na..
No way.
Come on. You're depressed. Yosi with us.
Nooo way.
It'll bring your voice back.
Umm. I already have my voice back, thanks.
Fineee.

it rained last wednesday.

How cool is that? I loooove the rain. During lunch break (since we were at the DFA), the others wanted to eat out. So what if it was raining, they wanted to go out. So we did. Hopped on Julien's kick ass brand new car (Honda Civic 1.8S) and went to Harbour Square. (Surprise, surprise. Haha.) Had lunch at Dencio's -- sisig once again! Haha. 'Twas me + Joan + Krisy + Julien + Errol. Mark came while we were eating lunch. I'm beginning to like sisig, by the way. Haha. They had a yosi session after lunch, by the bay (yes it was still raining pretty hard!)..and we left in Mark's car before 2.30pm -- an hour off of lunch break at the office (12nn-1.30pm). Haha. Oh well, that's the good thing about being a "trainee" -- we don't really have to abide with the time thing. LOL. All good.

The rain rocks. I wish it would rain again. In the middle of summer, imagine that! *sigh*

Sun, sun go away..
Come again another year..

holy week shabang.

Okay, I won't deny the fact that I wasn't looking forward to this holiday. Because I was. A break is a break after all. But after spending a little too much time at home, I was beginning to lose my mind. LMAO.

I thought that after spending more time than needed in the office (Wednesday), I could sleep in late Thursday morning. But nooo. Haha. We had a Core Group meeting at church scheduled for 10am-2pm. I came in 45 minutes late (surprise, surprise). Haha. The meeting went well -- there's really a lot to be done in the Youth Ministry. But yeah, it wasn't all that serious during the meeting, thank goodness for the little girls who made funnies. The kind that make you laugh really hard and you start crying and your tummy begins to ache because you're having the hardest time breathing from laughing. Haha. =) Gotta love.

Came home and found John Mark hanging out with my bros. We had ice cream. =) My parents didn't get back (from Laguna with their "barkada" peeps - haha!) until nighttime, so the bros and I had instant noodles for dinner. (We were poor and hungry! LMAO!)

AND THEN. Two houses away from us, a bunch of elderly people were having a passion or whatever you call it. (Reading the Bible while singing..or..reading the Bible in a tune..something like that.) The worst part was that they had a background music and huge ass speakers popping out of their garage. Needless to say, they kept us all night. I seriously couldn't sleep. I think they ended at 3am or something. Couldn't really tell since I was trying my best to just sleep. That's nuts, yO. Why couldn't they just do it quietly in their garage? (Were the background music & speakers necessary?!) Oh well. It only happens once a year. So yeah.

Friday nearly drove me insane. Thank goodness for Seventh Heaven back-to-back marathon on Studio 23, I lived through the day. LMAO. I obviously didn't do much. And it was soooo hot that we didn't make it out of the house to attend the Good Friday service at church. Whoops.

I swear, by the time Saturday rolled, the Seventh Heaven thing has got me yearning for more. Haha. Even my parents got hooked. No kidding. Richie and I couldn't move our asses out because of it. But we finally managed and left the house at 1.30pm for Youth Jam at church. 'Twas supposed to start at 1pm..but oh well. Our bad. (Studio 23 was showing Seventh Heaven's musical episode at the time! Argh! Haha!)

So we made it. Late. Haha. Buti na lang, Anavern came in afterwards, otherwise I would have been the only girl. (I don't wanna go back to my being a boy. =c Haha.) Me + Anavern + Richie + Kuya Rej + Jayel + Josh + John Rae + Jireh. Haha, ngayon ko lang na-realize: ang daming Js! =p So it was going pretty well when a certain someone *coughKUYAREJcough* forced me to dance SLASH move around. That was nuts, yO. I swear I nearly cried my eyes out. I have a stiff body, I can't help it. I can't dance. Believe me, I wish I could move, but I really can't. Haha. Oh well. Maybe I should take my mom's advice: ballroom dancing and/or belly dancing lessons. Oh yeah.

Easter Sunday was okay. Spent most of the day at church, as usual. I kind of miss doing the Easter egg hunt though -- like how it was back in Hawaii at Uncle Willie's in Mililani. I mean, where else do you find plastic eggs with $100 bills in them? Haha. The others have a buck or five bucks..but you're a lucky bastard if you get the $100. And that's not the best part. The best part is that my brothers and I were the only egg hunters. How lovely can life get? But oh well, that was then.

Nostalgia kills the present.

I slept through yesterday. I woke up just to eat and play a few rounds of Pusoy Dos. Haha. And I watched my brothers' DVD: Borat. WTF is that shitty movie all about? Duuude. That thing SO goes down the drain. Two thumbs down.

back in the dfa.

So yes, I was partly thankful (because I've finally gotten out of the house) and partly not (because I still have to endure the office life at the DFA) for things getting back on track. No more loooong stay-at-home holidays. Haha. Not too many people came in (extended holidays out of town?)..so there really wasn't much to do in the office. I ended up sitting in front of the computer all day long. Toots also came by for her evaluation. Had lunch at the caf (it still stinks there, but staying in is better than having to face the sun outside) with the peeps and a yosi break in the 'smoking area' box afterwards. Haha. (No, I didn't smoke.) Ivan hung out with us. 'Twas the first time we actually got to know more of him. He leads such a..sad life, really. It must be hard being an "Ivan"..I hope we can help him come out of his shell, even for just a bit.

Back in the office after lunch (internet galore! haha!) and at around quarter to five, Errol texts me to get out. Haha. Hung out with him + Mark + Krisy up on the rooftop of the DFA. Yosi break (for them) once more. And Errol's little dilemma (if you call it that) is..I don't know. I just feel pretty sad for him. That kind of news is pretty hard to digest, really.

And now I'm back in "work." LMAO. Just a few more days..

Too much for one blog entry.

Can't wait to go home and get out of these high heels.
(I knew I should have brought a pair of pants & slippers with me today!)

Later, lovers.
