sparkle me.

I couldn't sleep last night so I got an old toothbrush and cleaned the bathroom. I scrubbed it clean last night. Well, okay, it wasn't as 'sparkly-clean' as I hope it'd turn out, but it's much cleanER now, thanks to Tide and Ajax cleansers. Hahaha. =p

One might find me weird, but I just had this urge to do something late last night. Stepped into the bathroom and figured it out. I ended up bending backwards and sideways (haha!) to get the tiles clean. (You know how the in-between part of the tiles get dirty? Brushed the dirt off of 'em!) And surprisingly, as one might be all grossed out, I was enjoying myself. I finished cleaning at 1am and felt a sense of satisfaction.

The whole experience (it was really the 'first time' I thoroughly cleaned the bathroom) was actually quite..interesting. 'Twas like meditation time for me. Thought about lots and lots of things while I was scrubbing/brushing the tiles. Life, love, religion..all sorts of things. Hmm.

The weekend was quite fun.

Did I mention that Toots and I had HOT CHOCO Friday night? Haha, yeah. I didn't feel like going home so soon so we decided to go for some hot choco at McD's. (Well, I originally wanted to drink booze -- but she lives in Binondo and I live in Las Piñas. And um, getting home could have been troublesome. LMAO.) So yeah. We left the computer lab I was "working" in at 930pm..thought about what we wanted to do and ended up in McD's. Haha. Hot choco + large fries. Whoo yeah. (Bring the calories on!) 'Twas nice just chillin' with a hot choco in hand on a cold, cold Friday night. Tsk.

And I ended up getting on a bus home at 1010pm -- and the bus was full! =( People were standing already, but I guess when the bus driver saw how perplexed I looked, he told me to sit next to him (on the conductor's chair). Haha. I had to sit there for a while, until we reached Las Piñas. =p

I came home at 1130pm. My brothers were still up and Richie was nice enough to cook some invented recipe for dinner. Haha! Chicken in white (carbonara-like) sauce with mini-baby potatoes. Awww. And it was actually very yummy! I ate so much and got hella full afterwards that I ended up collapsing on the dinner table! LMAO. In short, I freaking fell asleep right after the yumminess of the stuff he cooked. Haha.On Saturday, I met up with some people in school in the morning and we all (five of us) went to Intramuros together for our SEM-CDA class. We freaking got lost in Intramuros!!! Hahaha! The Lights and Sounds Museum was kinda hard to find. =( But yeah, it was pretty interesting. Not exactly the kind of "fun" I expected, but it was alright. Didn't do much afterwards though. Some people wanted to eat out, but I opted to get to school to meet Toots. Haha. I took the cab all by myself from Intramuros to school. =( What a lonely ride. ='(And then and then..Toots and I just stuck around a comlab downloading stuff on the net and whatevers. Then Philippe came and we waited til 4 doing nothing for ORDEV-C (which was thankfully the last Module, which means that I don't have a 4-5 Saturday class anymore!). Yeahhh.
And once again, Toots and I found ourselves bored..I told her I was gonna go to SM to possibly shop and do the groceries with the bros. She eagerly came along! Haha. North kid goes down south. LOL.

Haha, yeah. 'Twas quite funny since I never really see people I know at SM too often. Anyway, I already told Toots this, but I swear, she's the kind of girl you wouldn't want to shop with. Hahaha. She says it's why she'd rather go shopping on her own -- she takes forever to pick out what she wants!!! Hahaha. We walked around the mall like twice (thrice?) and all she bought was a pair of sunglasses. LMAO. Stress!!!

She left at like 8pm, and my brothers and I finally did the groceries. We took forever because Richie couldn't decide which chicken to choose! Hahaha! (He's currently our chef substitute, obviously.) We finally got to the cashier at around 915pm -- and when we got out of the Supermarket, all the stores in the mall were already closed. I didn't even realize we took THAT long to do the groceries. (We couldn't decide what we wanted to eat kasi.) But when we got home, we were too tired to eat a real meal and ended up eating noodles. The kind that screams "Just add boiling water!" LMAO.

We went to church yesterday morning. =) When we left the house it was raining a bit, so I wore a jacket. When the service ended and saw the sky outside, it was so bright, sunny, and hot. Argh. =( But yeah. Went to Youth afterwards and didn't stick around for too long after the service.

Stopped by at SM to get my phone checked out. (Headset problems.) I went to the store where I bought my phone and it turns out that I really need to buy an original pair of headset. Wahhh. =( I bought a headset at StarMall for only P150 -- but the thing doesn't work! So when the dude who checked my phone tried on an original headset, it worked. But the thing costs P500 -- and my ATM at the moment isn't exactly overflowing with large amounts of money. Haha. So the guy (I later learned that his name is Marvin - of E-phones at SM) inputs his number into my cell and whispers to me about how his friend may be able to supply him with original Motorola headsets for a much cheaper price. I'm thinking, "BLACK MARKET!" Haha. But duh, I'd buy a pair of originals for P300. P350 max, maybe, but definitely not P500! Hahaha! So I'm like, "Ok, cool." And since he didn't save my number into his phone (hello, we were already there TALKING!), he tells me to send him a text message. So I did, right as we left the store. I simply said in the text message to inform me if there's an available headset for my phone. He replied to my message when we got home. It said:

"sure cutie! take care... =p"

When I read that, I was like, "OMG. OMG!! Did some slightly older okay-looking guy just referred to me as a "cutie"?? LMAO!! I just totally laughed outloud! Ha, self-esteem booster. Yeahhh. xp

And since there was not much else to do at home (I was trying to avoid cleaning my room!!), I decided to do the laundry. STRUGGLE! Hahaha. Well, not so much because, duh, the washing machine does it all..but yeah. I didn't finish til late at night. =(

And oh! Richie cooked another nice meal. =) This time he got all the chicken meat off its bones (haha!) and mixed it up with some butter and cheese and kalamansi. Then he put some spices in and threw in more of that baby potatoes we love -- and bam! One great meal! I swear, the kid's getting better with this whole cooking deal. =) His invented recipes are actually worth the added body fats. Hahaha. xp At least Bitok and I think so.

And like I said..I ended up cleaning the bathroom til late late late..and when I woke up this morning I couldn't move my body. It was just aching so bad. =( Went straight to school and met Bert, and Toots followed (from the DFA)..and we just took care of some stuff for a while there.

Oh! And I had a little chat (over YM) with Jovelle!!! Oh my, she's giving birth very, very, very soon!!! I'm super duper excited for her. She says she's already dilated..but isn't due until the 3rd of April. But yeah, she's having a baby girl and will be named Zaeden Joy. Awwww. =) She better e-mail me lots of pictures! Hehehe! I miss her terribly. Hopefully they can come and have a vacation here in the Philippines when they're all settled. =) Or or oooor..I could fly to the US and pay her a visit instead! Haha. (That'd probably take me ten years to save! LMAO!) But yeah. I'm super happy and excited for her. And I just hope that things work out great. =)

And now here I am. In the DFA. Just finished Sir Noel's French homework, so now I really have NOTHiNG to do! Haha.
