No pain, no gain.
1. Pimples suck.
2. Sweating like mad from a workout is such a good, good feeling.3. My legs are nearly dying. 4. I do not exercise enough. 5. I will wake up at noon, later, feeling like someone beat the crap out of me. (Which is common now.) 6. New rule: NO Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Blogger before workouts. (Started at 1am, ended at past 2am.) 7. I forgot to lift weights again, but I've already taken a shower. Meh.
---
I always feel so good after exercising; I guess that's why I keep doing it. I smile even though my entire body is in pain because I know that the pain won't last forever. Enduring pain means I come out stronger and better in the end.
Pain teaches you that you can overcome what you once thought was impossible. Living through pain tells you that in order to gain something of worth as a result, nothing is more rewarding as having survived through the sufferings. No pain, no gain.
