Sleep is good for you.

I should be at Bea and Belle's at the moment, in Phil-Am, with Aizel, but I decided to take a break and catch up on sleep. I'm sure the overnight get-together would leave me more exhausted than desired (seriously, overnight with friends means NO SLEEPING allowed, haha!); plus, I'm meeting Princess (after three??? years!!!) later in the afternoon/evening. =)

So I slept yesterday after church. Chatted with Richie. Ate. Went online. Went back to sleep. Woke up at 11pm. LOL.

---

Saturday was fun, but tiring. I guess it was because I was sorta busy, especially in the afternoon. Prior to leaving the house, I was on the phone with people, confirming plans here and there. Gah. LOL. I managed to stick with the simplest of all plans, however.

Baby Juki's first time at the car wash. Bitok and I were terribly bored.

I was so amazed with how CLEAN the car was, inside & outside. Haha! It would have taken me three to four hours to do the same exact work. Hours I didn't have, unfortunately. (Would have been a really good "exercise" though. Cleaning + washing the car always works up a sweat with me!)

We went back home, took a shower, and I was on the road again. Attended a two and a half hour Bible Study session with Rose, Mae, Ickay, and Rockz. It was nice. :) Topic for the evening was Repentance. Well, how fitting. :)

Then I went off to Molito and met Apps and her friend Siggey (hey, another new friend! he's cool.) at Soderno. I stayed with them whilst waiting for Bea and Belle. Can I just say? I was totally overwhelmed with the amount of food choices at Soderno! I finally settled for Mama Lou's Panzarotti, which was more than filling! That stuff got me so full that I couldn't bring myself to eat anything else. :S Next time I'll settle for little snacks. Haha! So many things worth trying there, but my intestines can only take so much these days. (The NOT perks of getting used to eating tofu + chicken whites, one meal a day only, on a daily basis. I die a little inside when I eat carbs. Haha.) Anyway, we stayed around Soderno for some time whilst thinking of a place to hang out in, like a coffee shop. We were tired of Bo's and Starbucks so those were off our list. We went to Dominoes to order take out and thought of a place to hang out...but ended up with none. LOL. So we got in our cars and convoyed our way......home. Haha! Somehow the three of us were ultra sleepy + tired. Must've been because of all the food we ate. Gah.

On the upside, my parents were pleasantly surprised that I was home by 11. Haha!

And, can you believe it? I purposely did not bring a camera with me. Nor did I take photos with my phone. Wow. I guess that's how tired I've become. Haha!

Pops checked the mailbox yesterday morning, after coming home from church, and look what he found:

Hipster brother sent Bitok and I separate Christmas cards. How sweet and awesome! (He sent one for les parents aussi.) :)

I love how roll your eyes is emphasized in the card. It's so perfect for me. LOL!

I love you, Kid Brother! (And I'm sorry, but this did not make me cry. HAHA!) ♥

And because it was a Sunday, I asked Bitok to purchase some pastry from Tous Les Jours. This might be becoming a Sunday habit! We've been buying from this sweet place every Sunday for three (four?) consecutive Sundays now, I think. They recently opened in SM. =) Pops even spoke to some of the resident bakers when they first opened. LOL. I think I get my "friendliness" (aka talking to strangers like a boss skills) from him. Anyway, Tous Les Jours is Korean-owned (but sell French pastry, which Bitok and I LOVE LOVE LOVE) so they always greet customers with, "Anyeonghaseyeo!" Haha! I don't know whether it's proper to speak French in the shop as well. The management says they'll be putting up a coffee shop soon (can't wait!!!). I think Baby Brother and I have just found our new favorite hang out place. :)

I had an applie pie. Yummy! :)
(Though I still very much fancy their custard-filled pastry.)

Tous Les Jours at SM Southmall. I heart this place.
(This photo is from their Facebook. Haha. Whoops.)

I think my nails are about dry now, which means I can go back to bed.
(Or not, because I'm fueled to write some more. Haha!)

So purple! Loves it!
