running playlist

So I'm sitting here, thinking of  creating a 'while running' playlist once more (I deleted the old one). And I'm going over friends' updates on Facebook and stumbled upon this one. Dear Georges, I love you for asking this question. HAHA! In the past, I'd listen to the Black Eyed Peas or anything hip hop-party-ish, but the other day, I was listening to No Doubt. Anyway, I hope I find great suggestions from this thread. I need music that'll keep my blood pumpin'! 


But seriously, how will I even manage to run in the morning when the lower part of my body (pelvic area down to my ankles - from Tuesday morning's run) is aching like crazy? Perhaps I will just walk around SM Southmall's perimeter. TT_TT
