I love the Philippines, but...

living in a Third World country is not something to be pleased about. It's just awful that one's paycheck (maybe unless you're a politician or a celebrity) isn't enough to cover expenses for the household. There is such a great imbalance to salary and expenses in third world countries that people either have to work more or eat less. What kind of a choice is that? It's such a sad, sad state to be in. :|
